FUCKAVG ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, username, and password
• Profile Information: Optional avatar image and language preference
• Tracking Data: Life sphere selections, KPI values, goals, progress notes, and daily check-ins you enter
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (supports credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay - we do not store payment details)

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version
• Technical Data: App version, session duration, error logs
• Authentication Tokens: Stored securely on your device using Expo Secure Store

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT access your camera, photos, or media files
• We do NOT track your location
• We do NOT access health data from Apple Health or Google Fit
• We do NOT collect contacts or call logs

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Process your transactions and manage subscriptions
• Display your progress and analytics
• Enable leaderboard features (with anonymized data where appropriate)
• Improve our services and develop new features
• Send important updates and notifications
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers:
  • Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
  • Stripe (payment processing - see their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy)
• Public Leaderboards: ONLY if you explicitly enable the "public" setting on your spheres:
  • Your username
  • Your avatar (if set)
  • Your KPI values for public spheres only
  • You control visibility and can disable it anytime
• Team Sharing (Premium Feature): If you use the Team Sharing feature:
  • You can choose to share specific spheres/KPIs with team members you invite
  • Only invited team members with FUCKAVG accounts can view shared data
  • You control what is shared and can revoke access anytime
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertising networks
• Use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy)
• Expo: React Native development platform

These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10a. Device Permissions

Our app requires the following permissions:

• Internet Access: Required to sync your data and process payments
• Secure Storage: To store authentication tokens locally on your device

We do NOT request permissions for: Camera, Photos, Location, Contacts, Microphone, or Health Data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or app notification.
